Septic Tank, Treatment & Percolutation Systems
Step 1
Free site visit
If you are having problems with your septic tank or percolation system (i.e., toilets backing up, wet areas on your lawn near your septic tank, septic tank discharging to a ditch or you have failed a county council inspection), one of our technicians will call out and discuss your issue free of charge. We can also discuss if you may be entitled to a grant to rectify your issue. We are of course also installing entire new systems linked to your exact needs.
Step 2
Site assessment and design
Whether you require a new or upgrade your existing septic tank and percolation system, it is necessary to carry out a Site suitability assessment. This is necessary to determine what percolation system is needed on your site based on the ground conditions and the ability of the ground on your site to soak treated effluent being discharged from your septic tank. We will discuss with you where on your site you would like to situate your new tank and percolation system. We provide all the necessary machinery and equipment needed to then complete the assessment. Once your assessment is complete we can come up with a design proposal and can give a detailed quotation for installation.
Step 3
Installation of your new septic system
At SepCare we supply, install, certify, maintain, and periodically desludge all systems that we install. Desludging and disposal of your old septic tank before the installation of your new septic tank and percolation system is also catered for by our team. When the upgrade works of your septic tank is completed we also offer the option of landscaping and reseeding any area of your site that may have been disturbed during the work.
Step 4
Compliance report and certification
Once your work has been completed in accordance with the design in your site suitability assessment we have to issue a compliance report to you. This report contains our indemnity insurance and photographic evidence of the work that was carried out and the material installed is to EN12566-3 and SR66 certification.
